No. Any eligible office in the Toronto Financial District can enter. Lunch is picked up in store at Pokerrito Commerce Court, so someone from your team needs to be able to come and collect it.

We read every nomination and pick the office whose story stands out. It is not a random draw. Nominations close Tuesday at 5 pm and we email the selected office on Wednesday. The rescue lunch is served the Wednesday after that.

If your office is selected, we may feature it on this page and our social channels as the next Rescue, with your company name and a line from your nomination. Never your personal details. Prefer to stay anonymous? Just tell us.

We email you on Wednesday at the work email you gave us. That email names your lunch date, which is the Wednesday a week later. Reply within 48 hours with how many people are eating and who is picking it up, and we will have your lunch ready for pickup at Pokerrito Commerce Court.

Yes. Everyone who nominates gets one free tiramisu, miso soup or lemonade, your pick, on your team’s next order of 3 or more bowls. It arrives in the confirmation email, and that email is what you show in store.

Pokerrito to the Rescue runs every week. Weekly nominations close Tuesday at 5 pm, the selected office is emailed on Wednesday, and the rescue lunch is served the Wednesday after that. The campaign runs until November 30, 2026, and Pokerrito may end it earlier by posting the final week on this page. No purchase is necessary to enter. The thank you offer, one free tiramisu, miso soup or lemonade on an in store pickup order of 3 or more bowls at Pokerrito Commerce Court, is valid until December 31, 2026. It is redeemed by showing the confirmation email sent to the entrant. One item per order of 3 or more bowls, one use per nomination.

Available to eligible participants working within Toronto’s Financial District who are of the age of majority in Ontario. One nomination per person per campaign week. Offices that are not selected remain eligible in following weeks. One eligible office may be selected during each campaign week.

Each selected office may receive Pokerrito lunch for up to 10 people. Menu selection, pickup timing and fulfilment arrangements are subject to availability and determined by Pokerrito. Lunch is prepared for pickup in store at Pokerrito Commerce Court and is not delivered. The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Selected entrants must respond within 48 hours of Pokerrito’s notification. If Pokerrito is unable to reasonably contact or fulfil a selected office, another eligible submission may be chosen. By submitting a nomination, you agree that if your office is selected, Pokerrito may share your company name, your building or neighbourhood, and your nomination text (edited for length) on pokerrito.com and Pokerrito’s social channels as part of the Rescue series. We never publish your name, email or other contact details. Photos of the lunch may also be shared. Photos or videos of people are only used with their permission and are never a condition of receiving lunch. If your office would rather not be named, just tell us when you reply to our email and we will feature the rescue without your company name.

Submitting a nomination does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and collected separately. Personal information collected through this campaign is used to administer the campaign, contact selected offices and feature selected offices as described above, in accordance with Pokerrito’s Privacy Policy. Pokerrito reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the campaign where reasonably necessary.
