No. Any eligible office in the Toronto Financial District can enter. Lunch is picked up in store at Pokerrito Commerce Court, so someone from your team needs to be able to come and collect it.

We read every nomination and pick the office whose story stands out. It is not a random draw. Nominations close Tuesday at 5 pm and we email the selected office on Wednesday.

We email you on Wednesday at the work email you gave us. Reply within 48 hours with the Wednesday that works and how many people are eating, and we will have your lunch ready for pickup at Pokerrito Commerce Court.

Yes. Everyone who nominates gets one free tiramisu, miso soup or lemonade, your pick, on your team’s next order of 3 or more bowls. It arrives in the confirmation email, and that email is what you show in store.

Pokerrito to the Rescue runs every week. Weekly nominations close Tuesday at 5 pm and the selected office is emailed on Wednesday. The campaign runs until November 30, 2026, and Pokerrito may end it earlier by posting the final week on this page. No purchase is necessary to enter. The thank you offer, one free tiramisu, miso soup or lemonade on an in store pickup order of 3 or more bowls at Pokerrito Commerce Court, is valid until December 31, 2026. It is redeemed by showing the confirmation email sent to the entrant. One item per order of 3 or more bowls, one use per nomination.

Available to eligible participants working within Toronto’s Financial District who are of the age of majority in Ontario. One nomination per person per campaign week. Offices that are not selected remain eligible in following weeks. One eligible office may be selected during each campaign week.

Each selected office may receive Pokerrito lunch for up to 10 people. Menu selection, pickup timing and fulfilment arrangements are subject to availability and determined by Pokerrito. Lunch is prepared for pickup in store at Pokerrito Commerce Court and is not delivered. The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Selected entrants must respond within 48 hours of Pokerrito’s notification. If Pokerrito is unable to reasonably contact or fulfil a selected office, another eligible submission may be chosen. Selected offices may be invited to take part in a photo or short video for Pokerrito’s social channels. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving lunch.

Submitting a nomination does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and collected separately. Personal information collected through this campaign is used to administer the campaign and contact selected offices, in accordance with Pokerrito’s Privacy Policy. Pokerrito reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the campaign where reasonably necessary.
